Little Milk Co Organic Irish Cheddar Fondue
1 clove of garlic
250ml of your choice of craft Irish beer
1 pk organic Irish cheddar
1 pk mature Irish Cheddar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon cornflour
Grate the packets of Little Milk Co. Organic Irish Cheddar and Mature Irish Cheddar.
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the cut clove of garlic.
Put the pot over a low heat and add most of the beer (save about 50mls for later) and the grated cheese, stir until the cheese has melted .
Mix the remainder of the beer with the cornflour, add the mustard and stir into the cheese mixture.
Cut the baguette into bite sized pieces and serve with the fondue. Use your fondue forks to dip the bread into your fondue mixture and enjoy!
